ground almonds — 50 g
thick apricot jam — 150 g
fatty cream — 100 ml
powdered sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Bitter chocolate (100 g) is broken and melt in a hot water bath. Beat butter with sugar until a lush mass of a uniform consistency is obtained. Combine with egg yolks. From above sift the flour with cocoa powder, add almonds melted chocolate and mix well. Egg whites to whip in a foam, quickly mix with the previously prepared mass and pour into a form lined with parchment. Bake for about 1 hour. Let the cake cool down, cut into 2 layers, each with a warm jam and add them to each other. Give the jam a little frost.
For the glaze, the remaining chocolate is melt with cream. Sugar powder pour 1 tbsp. l. with a spoon of water and cook for 5 minutes. Combine with chocolate mass. Get glaze to cover the top and sides of the cream and put into the cold for 1 hour. The board can be served with whipped cream
