Cranberry Kurd


Kurd perfectly complement cheesecakes, casserole, cottage cheese, cakes, pancakes, can be a layer of the cake. And you can just eat a spoon and enjoy the taste.


Fresh cranberry — 2 cups
Water — ½ Cup
Yolks — 3 PCs —

Cranberry Kurd

Egg — 1 PC.
Sugar — ¾ cups
Butter, cut into pieces-60 g

1. Put the berries in a saucepan and pour them with water, boil on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then puree and cool a little.
2. Lightly beat the egg and yolks, add sugar and beat.
3. Pour the egg mass into the cranberry puree and cook on low heat until 81-84 ºC or until thick, stirring constantly. If the Kurd does not reach the desired temperature for a long time, stir less intensively or slightly increase the heat.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the butter. Stir until smooth and pour into jars. Store in the refrigerator.
