Honey cake with cinnamon

The recipe for the classic Russian honey cake is about two hundred years old: the authorship is attributed to the anonymous cook, who cooked the dessert for the wife of Alexander I. Since then, that only did not enter into the ingredients: both nuts and condensed milk. The basic recipe consists of honey cakes and sour cream. I suggest you try another version of the honey cake. Butter cream 360 g
soda (do not quench) 2 tsp.
wheat flour 5 tbsp.
cocoa powder 3 tbsp. l.
vanilla pudding 40 g
condensed milk 380 g
vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
sugar 130 g
milk 500 ml
Step 1
Ingredients: sugar, vanilla sugar, oil (160 g), honey, mix in a saucepan, dissolve on fire, then add the stirred eggs, soda, put on a boiling water bath, stir regularly. The mass should become uniform and increase in volume approximately in 2 times, remove from fire.

Wheat flour (take first 4-4,5 items), cocoa powder, cinnamon, sift, pour into the hot mass, knead the dough, it will be soft and stick to the hands, at this stage it is possible to add some flour, as the characteristics different. Send to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, covered with food film. Divide into 7-8 parts.

Roll out the cakes of the desired diameter, prick with a fork. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven until ready (sample to dry grub).

Step 5
To prepare the cream, cook the pudding from the packet and 500 ml of milk. To do this, combine the contents of the sachet (40 g) with 8 tbsp. l. milk and 4 tbsp. l. Sahara. Stir thoroughly until the lumps disappear. The remaining milk is brought to a boil. Remove from heat and stirring constantly with the mixture. The resulting mixture is brought to a boil and cooked for one minute. Cool with constant stirring or cover with a food film and put in a cool place.

Butter the room temperature (200 g) lightly beat, whilst continuing to beat add portions of chilled pudding, then add the condensed milk (without vegetable fats). All the whip. The cream turns out thick with a creamy taste of vanilla.

Step 7
Generously smear the cakes with cream. To make the cakes «not floated» — pierce and fix on the center and edges with a long wooden skewer, after impregnation of the cake — remove. Decorate in your own taste. Boka can be sprinkled with crumbs, in my version — chocolate wheat flakes.
