Lamb kebab with mint pesto

34 ml olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
15 g sea salt

2 red bell peppers

1 .For pesto, put all the leaves, nuts, cheese, garlic in a blender bowl. Add the lemon juice and whisk everything in impulsive mode, gradually adding olive oil. Put the pesto in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
2 .Cut the meat into cubes of 2-3 cm, salt and pepper. about the same size chop the onion and bell pepper. String the meat on skewers, alternating with pieces of onion and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil.
3 .Heat the grill or barbecue grill to medium heat. If you use a grill, let it burn to gray coals. Fry kebabs, from time to time turning, 7-9 minutes.
4 .When serving, sprinkle each skewer with pesto, remaining pesto and serve separately.
