Pepper with sour cabbage

 

For 4 servings: • 1 onion • 2 apples • 100 g raisins • 50 g melted butter • 500 grams of sauerkraut • 70 g of pine nuts • 4 sweet peppers • 130 ml of broth • 200 g of sour cream • salt • ground black pepper

Preparation:
Cut the bulb in half. One halves cut, the other half cut into half rings. Cut apples in half, remove seeds, cut the cubes into cubes.

Pepper with sour cabbage

In the saucepan, heat the oil and toast the chopped onions. Add apples and raisins, simmer for 3 minutes. Rinse cabbage with cold water and squeeze. Then add to the saucepan to apples with raisins, pour about 100 ml of water. Salt, pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.

Nuts browned in a frying pan without fat. Pepper cut into halves and remove the seeds. Fill with cooked stuffing.

Leave the remaining onions in a mold, add broth. Put into it a pepper with a filling, sprinkle with nuts and bake for 30 minutes at 190 °. Serve with sour cream. You can sprinkle with green onions.
