Turkey shish kebab with vegetables

We share a delicious recipe for a meal outdoors.

Ingredients
turkey fillet — 0,5 kg
sweet pepper — 2 pcs.

Turkey shish kebab with vegetables

eggplant — 1 pc.
bulb — 1 pc.
tomatoes — 2 pcs.
salt, pepper — to taste
a mixture of Provencal herbs — 1 tbsp. l.
apple cider vinegar — 100 ml

Preparation
Wash the tomatoes. Peel the onions. Tomatoes and onion punch blender until mashed. Add salt, pepper to taste, Provencal herbs and vinegar. Mix well the resulting sauce.

Loin the turkey fillet, chop it with a piece of paper towels and add the sauce. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.

Sweet pepper to peel from the pedicels and seeds. Pepper cut into medium slices. Eggplant wash and also cut into medium slices.

On the skewers strung pieces of turkey, alternating with pieces of vegetables.

Fry the shish kebabs from the turkey over hot coals, periodically turning over, until ready.

To the table to serve shish kebab with fresh vegetables, herbs and sauces. Excellent rest and pleasant appetite for everyone!
